Ryan faces big test tonight against unbeaten Coppell

The high school state football playoffs are still two weeks away and while some teams have already secured their spot in the yearly race for the state crowns, other teams are still trying to punch their tickets to the second season.

The Ryan Raiders, 4-3 for the season and 2-1 in District 5-5A action, are one of those teams that needs at least one more win to grab their playoff spot. The Raiders will be faced with a huge test tonight when they host the unbeaten Coppell Cowboys, 8-0, 3-0,   at 7 p.m. at C.H. Collins Athletic Complex.
